There is a $2.00 processing fee for each transcript request. This fee includes submission of initial transcript, (also mid-year and final transcript when needed), teacher & counselor recommendation letters & school profile.
A transcript request form is required for EVERY college students are applying to.
Transcript requests should only be made AFTER you have added your colleges on SCOIR and are ready for your documents to be sent to those college.
If you are applying to more than 1 college, please complete 1 form per college.
