Enrollment Process
Once your child has been accepted to Saint John Vianney High School, the online enrollment forms can be found HERE. ​In addition to the online enrollment form, the following forms attached below must also be completed and returned to the Enrollment Office in a timely manner.
Please note, physical forms must be completed by a physician and must be sent back to SJV, attention school nurse. Additionally, in accordance with the Diocese of Trenton policy, an up-to-date immunization record, which is due on the day of course selection, is required for admission.
