Enrollment Process

Congratulations and welcome to the Saint John Vianney High School community!


To begin Part 1 of the enrollment process, please click and sign in HERE.

As part of enrollment process, you will also need to complete the FACTS tuition payment plan. Once all enrollment steps are completed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to FACTS Tuition Management to set up your tuition payments. Please note that enrollment is considered complete only after all required steps have been finalized.


The forms listed below must be completed and returned to the Admissions Office on or before course selection, which is scheduled for January 31, 2026. We look forward to welcoming you to SJV and partnering with you in the exciting years ahead!

Please note, physical forms must be completed by a physician and must be sent back to SJV, attention school nurse. Additionally, in accordance with the Diocese of Trenton policy, an up-to-date immunization record, which is due on the day of course selection, is required for admission.

Saint John Vianney High School is a ministry of the Diocese of Trenton. As such, this school follows all doctrines and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, and operates under the authority of the Bishop of the Diocese of Trenton, together with the administration of the Department of Catholic Schools.
