MRS. LANGDON'S CLASSES PARTICIPATE IN EGG DROP AND BLIND TASTE TEST CHALLENGES

Mrs. Langdon’s classes have had lots of fun with their interactive lessons lately!

The Dual Enrollment Management Theory Class participated in an egg drop which saw them build protective shock absorbers for eggs before they were dropped from a distance. After they were dropped, each protective device was carefully disassembled to see which eggs survived the fall. This lesson was meant to demonstrate problem-solving skills and how to adjust when there is a gap between what was intended and what occurred.

Mrs. Langdon’s Marketing Class completed a blind taste test of several snack foods to see which they preferred - name brands or generic. This lesson was meant to show the role that marketing plays in our taste preferences and what we as consumers purchase in stores.
