PLANNING YOUR VISIT TO SJVHS
Thank you for your interest in visiting our school! Saint John Vianney High School welcomes college admission representatives during the fall (late September through October) and in the Spring (March & April).

College visits are typically from 10:50 a.m. - 11:40 a.m. when our entire student body has an extended break between block scheduling. College Reps set up mini-fair style in the gym and the fairs are very well attended by all grades. Plan to bring a table banner and lots of materials. We have limited flexibility in our visit schedule so if you have a conflict please call or email. If you are interested in conducting interviews or instant decisions on campus, we are be happy to coordinate those as well.

We encourage college reps to attend a mini-fair date, but understand your travels may not accommodate our dates/times. If you wish to schedule an individual visit, please email

TRANSCRIPTS & RECOMMENDATION LETTERS
SJVHS uses SCOIR to electronically send documents to colleges. Final transcripts will be sent out in June. If you have any specific questions regarding transcripts, please contact the Guidance Secretary, Anne Koeck - koeck@sjvhs.org or 732-739-0800 x120.
OBTAINING INFORMATION ABOUT SPECIFIC STUDENTS
If you need additional information about a student, you may contact his/her counselor. Students are assigned to a counselor based on their last names. Please call 732-739-0800 x120 or email Mrs. Anne Koeck, koeck@sjvhs.org to be directed to the assigned Counselor.
PARKING & OFFICE LOCATION
St. John Vianney High School is located at 540A Line Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733. College Reps park anywhere along the loop in front of the main entrance or on the side of the building in the visitor lot. All visitors must check in with the Main Office with valid I.D. and will be directed to the Guidance Office.
