First and foremost…THANK YOU! We know that planning a reunion can be a challenging task, but armed with the proper information the job can be a lot easier! Please know that the staff of the Advancement Office is here to assist you.
Class reunions celebrate life’s successes of fellow graduates and can serve to reconnect you with classmates. The enclosed information is offered to assist you in planning a reunion that can create memories to last a lifetime.
The key to your success is developing an efficient timeline, recruiting energetic committee members and keeping constant contact with your former classmates.
We are here to help and answer any question that you have.

Reunion Check-List
- Form a Reunion Committee
- Find a venue and set a date
- In cooperation with the Advancement Office determine final price. The per-person price must cover all items (including venue, DJ, favors, name tags, invitations, decorations, etc).
- Invitations
- All online payments and checks for the reunion must be submitted directly to SJVHS. RSVP date must be set two weeks prior to the reunion.
- Other items - centerpieces, name tags, favors, video montage, etc.
