VIANNEY INSTITUTE REFUND POLICY

The Vianney Institute of Learning reserves the right to change or cancel its programs if deemed necessary. Every effort will be made to assign the students affected by a cancellation or change to another program without a transfer fee. A full refund will be given in  cases where another program placement is not possible.

A 15% processing fee will be charged to all withdrawal requests. No refunds will be given to students who withdraw from class within four weeks of its start date.

A $50.00 transfer fee will be charged to those who wish to move from one class or program to another of equal value. Any credits issued by the Vianney Institute must be used within one year from the date of issue.

FOR SUMMER - there will be NO REFUNDS after June 1st for program withdrawal. This includes (but is not limited to) vacation schedules, conflicting activities, or a change in summer plans. Refunds requested before June 1st are subject to the standard 15% processing fee.
