2010-2011 Instructions for All Returning SJV Students

You should have completed all of the following steps no later than April 1, 2010.

You do not have to complete a new FACTS/e-cashier form if you change your bank information.  Please send all your new bank information with the tuition agreement form (bank name, routing and account number and state that it is a checking or savings account on a separate sheet of paper).

You must complete the following three (3) steps:

1.       TUITION AGREEMENT FORM - must be downloaded, completed and mailed/brought in to SJV, Attn: Business Office.  A separate form must be completed for each returning child.

2.       REGISTRATION FEE - $775.00 (a non-refundable fee due for each returning student) must be paid ON-LINE with your credit card, CLICK HERE.

3.       TUITION PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT - Please note:  This step is completed only if you were not registered with FACTS this school year.  All others must complete the following:

*        If you did not use FACTS e-Cashier Tuition Management this year and want to setup an account to accept tuition payments, CLICK HERE.   

 Please note:  To complete the FACTS arrangements on-line you will need to:

·         Select your payment option (as stated on your Tuition Agreement Form).

·         Have your banking information (checking or savings account number, routing number)

Once you have finished all of the above steps, your returning SJV student is registered for the 2010-2011 school year.

NOTE:  If you elect to pay the tuition in full, to qualify for one of the discount

dates, your Tuition Agreement Form must be in the Business Office  10 days prior to the discount date in order for Facts Mgt. Co. to deduct the correct discount amount.
