For All Interested 8th Graders:

Lancer for a Day is a program for prospective students to experience a typical day in the life of a Saint John Vianney Lancer. Students who choose to take part in this program will shadow one of our Student Ambassadors and will be given a glimpse into what our typical day is like here at SJV. If you are currently in the 7th grade and are interested in "Lancer For A Day, please contact our Admissions Office by email at gilmartin@sjvhs.com, providing your child's name, present school, any specific interests and two possible available dates for the visit. (Please check dates below)  We will try our best to accommodate one of those dates.

All prospective students should be dropped off in the main office at the main entrance of the school at 8:45 am (sharp) and should be picked up at 1:00 pm.  Students should dress "smart casual", no jeans or sneakers.

All students taking part in Lancer for a Day are required to complete and submit our emergency form (EmergencyforLancerforaDay.pdf) prior to or on the day of the visitation. Students are not permitted to participate in the program without submitting a completed emergency form.  Emergency forms can be emailed to gilmartin@sjvhs.com, faxed to 732-739-0824 or brought in the day of their visit. Please note that students will not participate in physical education classes during their day at SJVHS.
